When does WildHire launch?
Soon. We are in the final build phase and will open early access to the waitlist first, in stages, before a public launch. Waitlist members hear about every stage by email.
Launching soon
Trust is the architecture, not a cleanup crew.
WildHire is a job platform we are building with verification in its foundations: every employer checked, every listing moderated, every application tracked in one place. Join the waitlist and get in before launch.
Join the waitlistJob boards have a trust problem, and everyone who has used one knows it. Candidates apply into silence, ghost listings and roles that were filled weeks ago. Employers post real jobs and drown in applications from people who never read them. The platforms in between earn money on volume, so volume is what they produce. We kept meeting this problem from both sides: as a company that hires engineers, and as engineers who get hired.
So we treated it the way we treat every system: as an architecture problem, not a moderation problem. WildHire is built so that trust is enforced by the platform itself. Companies are verified before they can post. Listings pass moderation before they go live. Candidates manage every application from one dashboard instead of a trail of confirmation emails. It is the job board we wanted to exist, built with the same discipline we sell, and it will launch the way we tell clients to launch: proven first.
001 — Candidate portal
Search verified listings, apply in minutes and watch every application move through its stages from one dashboard. Built to shut out ghost jobs and the guessing about whether anyone read your CV.
002 — Employer portal
Post roles, manage your pipeline and review applicants in a workspace built for hiring teams rather than adapted from a CMS. Verification keeps the platform clean for the people you want to reach.
003 — Smart search
The smart search service understands roles, skills and seniority instead of counting keyword hits. Candidates find jobs they can actually get, and employers hear from people who actually fit.
004 — Resume rendering
Candidates keep a single structured profile, and WildHire renders it into a consistent, readable resume for every application. Employers can compare candidates on substance because every CV arrives in the same clear format.
005 — Admin trust layer
Every company is verified before it can post and every listing is moderated before it goes live. An admin platform backs this with analytics, so the trust layer gets stronger as the platform grows.
006 — Notifications
The notification service tells candidates the moment an application moves and tells employers the moment a strong applicant arrives. Signal, not digest spam.
WildHire is built as a set of Go microservices on Google Cloud, with SvelteKit portals for candidates, employers and administrators. Search, resume rendering, notifications and promotions are independent services with defined contracts, deployed through the same CI/CD and observability practices we sell. When we say we build systems layer by layer, this is the system we point to.
Waitlist members get early access first, and early access employers get founding terms. Tell us which side of the table you are on.

WildHire will be free for candidates at launch. Employer pricing will be announced at launch, and employers who join through the waitlist will be offered founding terms before anyone else.
Candidates who want real listings and a clear view of their applications, and employers who want serious applicants without sorting through noise. The first release focuses on companies hiring for professional roles and the people applying to them.
Your profile and CV belong to you. We use them to run the platform: matching, applications and notifications. We do not sell personal data, and account export and deletion are part of the design. The details live in our privacy policy.
Many job boards moderate after the damage: listings go up first and the bad ones come down later. WildHire is built the other way around: companies are verified and listings moderated before anything goes live, every CV is rendered into a comparable format, and matching runs on what roles actually require. Trust is the architecture, not a cleanup crew.
We invite waitlist members in stages, starting with a small group on each side of the marketplace so the first cohorts arrive to real activity rather than an empty room. You will get an email when your invitation is ready, and joining the waitlist is the only way in before public launch.
